If your item is in stock and ordered before 3pm, the product will leave the salon the same day.
If you place your order after 3pm, the product will leave the salon the next working day.
All products will be sent recorded delivery, please ensure that someone is available to your order at the nominated address.
Delivery is free of charge within the UK Mainland.
Prior to your order being dispatched, we will notify you by email and advise you of a delivery date.
Once goods have been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address.
To place an order through the website, you agree that you are legally capable of entering into binding contract. You must be purchasing as an individual for private use not as a wholesaler or reseller. We reserve the right to cancel orders where we believe the products are intended for resale.
The price of any product will be as quoted on the website, except in cases of obvious errors. These prices include VAT and are valid and effective only in the UK. We all take reasonable care to ensure the price of the product is correct. However, it is always possible that despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. If we access and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by the consumer, we may end the Contract, refund you any sums you have paid and require the return of any products.
On rare circumstances we may need to cancel an order at our discretion, if this becomes necessary, it will be without charge.
If you would like to return an item, please follow carefully the points below.
(Please note we cannot refund or exchange combs and brushes due to hygiene reasons)
All goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving the goods and in their original condition. The cost of returning an item is to be covered by the customer.
1. Please email Steven Carey at email@example.com with the subject headline RETURN and let us know why you’re returning the item with your name and address.
We will issue you a return number – this return number must be displayed on correspondence from you.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packaging and ensure the item(s) is securely packaged for posting. Return the item to Steven Carey RETURNS, 22 Maddox Street, London,
W1S 1PW. Place a copy of the original despatch note with your RETURNS numbers clearly displayed.
3. All refunds will be refunded to the original payment card.
