Get some ZZZ’s, beauty sleep is actually a thing as it allows your skin to rejuvenate and avoids your eyes from getting puffy. Try and get those eight hours as much as you can.
Water, water, water
Drink plenty of water. You’ll immediately see a difference by upping your H2O intake, your skin will feel moisturised, you’ll flush out toxins and on top of this you’ll feel more alert. If you struggle to knock back water, try adding some lemon or cucumber to your water bottle to give it some extra flavour.
Vow to remove your makeup
Whatever you do this year, vow to always remove your makeup before you go to sleep. Sleeping in your makeup can wreak havoc on your skin. Allow your skin to breathe and avoid clogging your pores with dirt build up.
Be brave with your hair, there’s no time like the present to make that change you’ve been fantasising about for years. Change it up with a new cut or colour.
